LTUX Monthly is our in-person event series that brings together the UX community through influential talks, impactful panel discussions, and insightful roundtables. With previous hosts like Deloitte Digital Factory, Studocu, Ikea, and Booking, we are excited to collaborate with new hosts for our upcoming events.

Why Host an LTUX Monthly Event?

<aside> 🌟 Gain Exposure: We promote our event hosts across all our platforms, including LinkedIn, Slack, and during our online events. This is an excellent opportunity for your brand to be seen by a large, engaged community of UX professionals.

What We Ask From Hosts

  1. Event Space: A venue that can comfortably accommodate our attendees. Most of our events take place in the second half of the month, and we adjust the number of attendees based on the space available. ****
  2. Presentation Equipment: A projector or large TV for presentations is ideal. For smaller venues, microphones may not be necessary, but for larger spaces, having them is highly appreciated.
  3. Logistics Coordination: Share any date restrictions so we can plan accordingly and coordinate with our speakers.
  4. Food & Drinks (Optional): Providing refreshments for attendees is a great touch but not mandatory.
  5. Company Introduction: We include your company logo in all event communications. At the start of the event, we allocate a 10-minute slot for the host company to introduce itself. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your organization’s story, values, and current job openings.
  6. Host Speaker Slot: As a host, you’ll have the opportunity to feature a speaker from your organisation. We will collaborate with you to choose a relevant event theme, and LTUX will provide one speaker. The second speaker can be selected from your organization, offering a great chance to showcase your internal talent and expertise.
